How We Do It

It all begins at the initial business development stage, where we work through a comprehensive Needs Analysis with a prospective client. This is followed up with a Solutions Presentation, which is the foundation to the site specific SOPs, communicating duties, responsibilities and ownership to the guards we deploy to the site in future.

Based on the information and client input gathered, the site specific SOPs are then drawn up along with the competencies the guards will be tested on in order to ensure top-shelf operational integrity.

Each guard is recruited with the above process in mind. They're all distinctly aware that employment with Guardium means competency testing for each and every site on an on-going basis.

The Guardium Management System then ensures seamless integration of new clients into our protection network.
