Guardium now has a sign-written patrol car servicing businesses and residential towers and houses on the North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and Sydney CBD.
As our push into corporate buildings, residential towers and gated community estates continues, a second and third patrol car will be deployed. It’s an exciting time here at Guardium! Watch this space…

The GuardCon Statement is conceptual in the sense that its applicable in the real world on a daily basis through the medium of each individual. In our case, it’s the medium of the security guard.
Applying Kaizen then takes on a specific meaning. It has a specific purpose. That purpose is digging our heels in to be the best security guards we can, each and every day. A significant part of this process exists in the small details.

In the past few weeks there have been a few issues arising in relation to individual licence compliance. With the Security Industry cracking down on all company compliance matters, it is imperative that all licencing compliance is kept up to date.
New systems have been put in place to ensure this does not occur in the future.

Due to our recent expansion, we now have many more guards out in the field representing Guardium and communicating GuardCon to clients, fellow guards and the general public. GuardCon is communicated via presentation, body language, grooming, posture, attitude and general work ethic, to name a few.
To ensure and maintain the high quality of our service delivery, Stuart and Richard have been promoted to Operations Coordinators. Their new roles involve random on-site inspections of all Guardium sites.
Inspections will be completely random. A typical Guardium site will be inspected approximately three times a week.
Inspections will involve:

Last week, Guardium supplied a team of 10 guards to one of our blue ribbon clients for a special event involving an international performer for three shows.
The event called for dealing with top-end corporate identities as well as invited guests from Australia and France. Mick ran the team with Phil on the door. We also had Chan, Dylan and Aureo on the team that night. A special shout-out to Goran for stepping in at late notice – thanks Rob!
The client was impressed with the team so a big thanks to you guys – Mick, Phil, Chan, Aureo, Dylan, Goran, Mack, George, John & Shafik. Well done guys. Enjoy the pics!

September Round Table Talk Points
Uniforms
We have just ordered a new batch of the Guardium black business shirts. We should have them within the next week. Please advise myself or Fernando if you require one. Whilst we’re on the subject of uniforms, please ensure a black suit has a home in your wardrobe as this allows us to roster you at more sites. Finally, if you require a lanyard or black clip-on tie, please let us know.
Mobile Phones
For those on the team using pre-paid mobiles, please ensure you have credit on your phone whilst on duty.
